Cleaning Fee
Laundry & Cleaning Fee:
2 bedrooms – $80.00
3 bedrooms – $100.00
Hotel Tax
An additional Belizean Hotel Tax of 9% will be collected.
You will be notified prior to arrival as to the total amount of tax to be paid upon arrival.
Discounts
Discounts are available as follows:
- One week rentals – 5%
- Monthly rentals – 30%
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations without penalty will be accepted up to 30 days prior to reservation arrival.
Cancellations with less than the 30-day limit will be subject to a cancellation fee of no less than 1 day for a 3 day reservation, 2 days for a week’s reservation and 7 days for a monthly reservation.
