"Wow what a great place for our stay. An easy bike ride to anywhere we wanted to be but off the beaten path enough that it was quiet! Plenty of space for the four of us and could have accommodated many more! We will be back!"

“The Bottle Tree is located in what I think is the best part of Caye Caulker. It is quiet but just mins from the water and hustle of the village. This house is awesome . Beautiful kitchen. We loved our stay, David's communication and the management! Would totally recommend.”

The upstairs porch was a great way to start the day with coffee and reading, and the many porches and downstairs chairs/hammock all provided many comfortable spaces! So nice for bicycles provided. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensil, appliance we might need, nice added touches of games and books. The artwork/pictures were especially beautiful! Such a relaxing time on this beautiful island because of this beautiful home! Thank you so much..”

"Our group of six's stay at J. David's place was AMAZING. We couldn't have asked for more. Upon arrival, there was a golf cart taxi waiting for us outside of the ferry. When we entered the home, we were greeted by the homiest and serene environment. I was a bit worried about having no a/c, but the cool island breeze made our stay incredibly pleasant. We also loved being tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood with quick access to eateries and the beach. The home was beautiful and roomy! What a wonderful way to end our trip in Belize."
